Book our underground theatre for your next speaking engagement, film screening, or presentation. It comfortably seats 140 people with three underground lobby areas available for the reception and gathering. You’ll have access to a kitchen with full fridge, sink for catering, and bathrooms nearby.
BALCONY.
Our sixth-floor balcony with conference table can serve as a meeting room, while our outdoor porch which overlooks State Street and Paseo Nuevo Mall can be used for work or pleasure. Enjoy the stunning Santa Barbara mountains and Harbor from a rare perspective and view downtown from above.
